To my surprised it was just full of little bead like stones. How do these bead like stones filter the water. And why is it neccessary to change a water filter every month or so??

do you eat any soya products? (you’ll be surprised how many contain it). I’d be worried about oestrogen type stuff. in tap water the only way to remove oestrogen from tap water as far as I’m aware of is by using a reverse osmosis water filter system .

Cos if i dont it would save me having to buy a water filter.

Also a side note sprouting from beginning to end id fill jar half way with water rinse grains store for several hours drain, store dried overnight for 8-12 hours when sprouted rinse eat, refigerate or dehydrate (use an oven for this?). Optional: hydrogen peroxide and would sea salt be a good addition as it has essential minerals etc.

I have only done it with alfalfa, mung beans and onion seeds. I rinse and drain them morning and night, for about three or four days, so a different style of sprouts to yours.
